Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tibhelper. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to other countries at this time. Orders placed with international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders of $45.00 or more

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control may occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tibhelper.com. We can only update addresses before your order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible and you will need to work directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
