Start Training in Three Steps

Step 1 — Wrap the Handle
Wrap both long Velcro straps securely around the dumbbell handle

Step 2 — Position Your Foot
Place your foot on top of the dumbbell handle, centered over the straps.

Step 3 — Secure Over Your Foot
Pull the strap over the top of your shoe, fasten the Velcro, and confirm the dumbbell does not shift before beginning your reps.
