The original Tibhelper velcro strap. Quickly set up and attach to any standard dumbbell to perform exercises such as the tibialis raise or hip flexor raises.

I added Tibhelper to my summer rebuild after a hip injury flare-up sidelined me in May. Three days a week I did 2–3 sets of 15–20 controlled reps per side (hip-flexor raises) with a 20lb dumbbell. Within 6 weeks my block clearance felt snappier, and my wicket rhythm stopped collapsing towards the end of workouts.
