How it works

  1. Sign up for the free shin splints or hip flexor strain guide before your first purchase from Tibhelper.
  2. Make your first purchase through this page. Use the same email as your guide signup.
  3. Watch your email. We’ll check your order and confirm your place with a claim code.

The guide is free for everyone, including past buyers. Shin splints guide · Hip flexor strain guide

Adding to cart does not reserve a place. We confirm the first 10 qualifying first-time buyers by email.

  • Your place is confirmed only when we email your claim code after checking your order.
  • The bonus covers product setup and use questions through Instagram DMs with Dylan at @tibhelper.
  • Your four weeks start when your Tibhelper is delivered. Your confirmation email explains how to claim the bonus. This is product support, not medical advice.
