HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. The weight you already own.

Tibhelper straps around a dumbbell handle and fastens over your shoe.

  1. Tibhelper strap secured around an orange dumbbell handle

    01

    Wrap the handle

Secure both long straps around the dumbbell handle.

  2. Athlete fastening Tibhelper over a running shoe beside an orange dumbbell

    02

    Position your foot

Center the shoe over the handle and straps.

  3. Athlete fastening Tibhelper over a yellow running shoe on an orange dumbbell

    03

    Lock in and train

Fasten over the shoe, confirm the dumbbell is secure, and begin controlled repetitions.

TRAINING FOCUS

Three ways to put it to work.

Add focused resistance work to your existing sessions. One attachment, three training applications.

  • Tibialis strength

Use a dumbbell for resisted toe raises, bringing the front of your foot toward your shin with a controlled tempo.

  • Hip-flexor strength

Add resistance to knee-drive exercises with the dumbbell secured to your shoe. Choose a load that lets you keep each repetition deliberate.

  • Ankle control

Practice deliberate foot raises and lowers through a comfortable range of motion, with resistance you can control.

ATHLETE NOTES

Built into real training.

Perspectives from athletes using Tibhelper across speed, strength, and sport.

It is simple to set up and lets me train sprint-specific areas without moving between multiple machines. It has also helped me address imbalances in my own training.

Mohammad Mohammad

Former College 100m Sprinter · College Sprints Coach

After about two weeks, I was able to isolate my hip flexors in a way I had not before. It did what I expected it to do.

Malik Razz

Defensive Back / Safety · Keiser University

It helped me strengthen my hip flexors and core and work on a hip shift in my squat. I can see it fitting into almost any athlete's training.

Luis Nuñez

Powerlifter · Hybrid Athlete

I use it in my game-day preparation. It has helped me feel more control through my hip flexors during jumps, especially toe touches.

Best product I recommend to athletes. I play soccer and this is actually really good. Especially for the price, no complaints!

I had a hip shift problem every time I would squat. Once I started using Tibhelper I saw immediate improvement within 2 weeks using it 2x a week. I now can squat high weight comfortably knowing I don’t have an imbalance anymore. No other product that I’ve used similar to Tibhelper is as secure around my foot. I 100% recommend Tibhelper for those small necessary muscles that will strengthen your legs overall and it will get you to the next level that you’ve been looking for.

When I first got my tibhelper, I had serious issues with shin splints from running track. After some rest and recovery, I slowly built back with progressed plyometric movements and using my tibhelper 2-3x a week. I haven’t dealt with shin splints since then - it’s been 3 years. The tibhelper is a necessary product if you want to aid in bulletproofing the muscles across your shin, or strengthen any muscle group in the hips.

Been using tib helper for game day prep. Such a big help for my hip flexors. I feel more of a control of my hip flexors when doing my jumps, especially my toe touches. five starrrzzz
